Happy Birthday, Amy!

Amy woke up to our traditional birthday balloons with some shooting stars thrown in.

Thanks to a friend who brought some things from our family in America,
she had lots of gifts and cards to open.

She spent much of the day decorating her room and arranging all of her
fun new craft supplies.

We made Chemistry class fun by having everyone bring things from home
to decorate the birthday girl while we sang to her.

My baby is 14! She is sure a blessing from the Lord to our family!
(And, I must say, the pumpkin spice cupcakes with cinnamon butter cream frosting were quite yummy!)

Later in the evening we had the Borisuk family over for dinner, games and a movie. Amy's menu of choice was hamburgers, mac and cheese and homemade potato fries. She's an American girl!
